Pre-Registrations must be: Postmarked by April 10 if paying via snail-mail; received by April 14 if paying by PayPal, to receive the Pre-Reg rate”. Also, “For those who want to attend, and not living in Canada or the US, please contact Dave at (reg AT filkontario.ca) to make arrangements. There is a surcharge forPayPal because they charge for receiving payments. The surcharge is based on PayPal's flat fee plus percentage of sale, so the amount depends on your total.
